Shepeard Community Blood Center
Founded in 1978 in response to local hospital needs Shepeard Community Blood Center's mission is to collect, process, and distribute blood and blood products. We are the contracted provider for our area hospitals and we partner with local volunteer blood donors to fulfill our mission.
Shepeard Community Blood Center is a not-for-profit community blood center that serves 20 health care facilities in 32 counties in Georgia and South Carolina. It is also a member of America’s Blood Centers and Blood Centers of America and is accredited by the AABB.
